There is a short message sender and message receiver that offer a handy notification function between extensions.

CM (Contact Manager)

It is a client application that is linked with CT Server by LAN connection. It provides a similar [Contact] function as MS Outlook does. The key feature for this, it provides the screen-pop function when call is incoming. Click the telephone number which shown on the contact information fields, it will dial that number directly. That is another handy facility of CM.

AM (Access Manager)

It is a client application that is linked with CT Server by LAN connection. It provides the DK-ACP (Access Phone) administration function. User could use it to make registration for the Proximity cards that are worked with DK-ACP. The administrator could assign the password for each gate that is controlled by the DK-ACP. Of cause, a detail activity report will record each gate access history, such as when, which proximity card access which gate.
